A huge question that so many network marketers ask is how do I approach my prospects?

The first and most important principle is let the tools do the talking. Especially to people who are new to the MLM field do not approach your friends and try to explain to them what you are doing. There are many different approaches to take depending on the tool involved.

If you are building a business using Web 2.0 technology tell them you just started a new home business and that you are very excited about it and that you’d like to send them a link to your website. Usually it is trackable whether they went to your website or not then follow up with them. Get your sponsor or upline involved in a 3 way call or a lunch meeting and go from there.

If you use home meetings invite your friends to come to the meeting. In this case the meeting is the tool that you use to build your business.

There are many different ways to approach people, but if you want to become successful and make your business duplicable then let the tools do the presentation for you. That way the new person that comes into the business will be able to do just exactly what you did.
