When you first start in our line of business you begin by talking to your friends, family and relatives. This is the way to go in starting out. You always want to start learning how to prospect by going to your warm market.
After that initial effort put into the approach to the warm market people begin to run out of people to talk to. One secret to success in our industry is always have TOO many people to talk to. If you don’t have enough people to talk to you are going to end up being a needy prospector.
So what do you do from there? I recommend you invest a little money into the purchase of leads. It is important for you to approach these people from that standpoint that you are looking for some key leaders in your business. So you want to quickly sort out the people that are not qualified.
