There is a brand-spanking new social networking site that has been created by Mike Dillard from Magnetic Sponsoring. It is the replacement site for the Magnetic Sponsoring community. The features of it are much better and it is much more user friendly.

I’m back from my backpacking trip on the Superior Hiking Trail that went from Wednesday the 13th of August through Sunday the 17th. We went about 13 miles a day on our 3 full days we were out. It was very hot in northern Minnesota and the water levels were very low and we only had two water sources every day so it was a big challenge for me to finish this hike, but thankfully I was able (with the help of God) to dig deep within myself and finish the trip. It wasn’t the most enjoyable trip I have had, but it was one that I learned a lot about myself and it helped me rework my priorities in life.
With that said, I’m back to work now, and I’d like to share an idea on how to get more posts and incoming links for yourself by using ezinearticles.com. This is a very simple idea, but don’t take the easy route.
Here is what you should do. Take some of your blog posts or emails that you have sent out to your list adjust them a bit so that they are about 20% different simply using variances in terminology and phrases then post them with a link to whatever specific site you want to promote including a link with a keyword you want to focus on. This tip will help you get more search engine traffic as well as traffic from ezinearticles.com itself.

Seriously, what is twitter? Well, check it out. Twitter Oh, and make sure to set up an account and Follow Me on it. It’s similar to Facebook or Myspace where you update what you are doing at the time. It’s basically a way for people to stay in touch with each other, but in reality it is much more than that.
Politicians like Barack Obama are using it to alert the press and the public as to what the next move is. You can do the same for yourself when you are working on a new online project or are simply looking to allow people a chance to get to know you as a real person. I recommend doing both. If you want to properly market “You Inc” then its important that on top of being an expert in your field you are real person that people would actually like and enjoy learning about what you do.
It’s page rank on google is an 8 out 10, a very popular site and high traffic site to have your links and information on. It is a great way to build popularity and to show your particular expertise in a chosen field.
Again, I do not recommend that you just go in and post a link to your site over and over again in your posts. That is a sure way to make the folks following you there want to be SICK!
Ferny Ceballos referred to twitter as New Age “Voyagerism” and I guess I have to agree there, but it is a good way to stay in touch with your contacts and get them to the information that they crave!

Another great way to drive traffic to your site is through Facebook Ads. Now, first off you’ll need to understand that they do not allow advertisements that go directly to your MLM business or affiliate site.
First you are going to create either a Group or a Business Page. Then from there you can advertise on Facebook for your business. This indirectly drives traffic to your site. As people become members of your group or Fans of your page you will in turn be able to drive them to your marketing site.
So what is a Facebook Ad? It is basically a pay-per-click advertisement and it is much less expensive than Google Adwords. It is a short ad that you can create with a picture and a link back to either a website, Facebook Group or Business Page. It has a headline and either a picture or a short three line description. When you set up your ad you can choose how much you want to pay per click and also where specifically you want your ad to appear on within Facebook. Remember, you want to focus on your target market whatever that may be.
This is a simple way for you to indirectly drive more traffic to your site. Remember, tread with care on your group or page within Facebook because it is very important you provide value to your prospective fans or members. Keep the content as value laden as possible and allow for people to click on the link to your main page.
